Municipality of Varna – “Pilot project for design and installation of energy-efficient lighting in the building of Stefan Karadja Primary School Varna” The first project in Bulgaria for reconstruction of a municipal-property building with modern Т5 interior lighting fixtures was implemented. The results from the measurements during the control year showed 52% reduction of the power consumed, while the hour of operation of the lighting system increased by 320 hours. The project was implemented by the idea of municipality of Varna by an open tender under the Public Procurement Act. The team of Dimov Company completed the entire project. The system maintenance operational costs were minimized and the only duty of the staff is to clean the lighting fixtures and monitor the system.
